- Appointments to be scheduled at next available time/date at a rate of $140/hr for one technician or $210/hr for two technicians
- 24/7 remote phone support
- Active monitoring of network equipment
- Free loaner equipment when products need to go in for service (where available)
- Service provider concierge service (where we communicate with Spectrum, Frontier, etc on your behalf)
- Availability outside of business hours for on site support at a rate of $240/hr for one technician (no option for two technicians)
- Semi-annual system review and firmware updates
